本文着重就胚胎干细胞(ESCs)定向诱导分化为脊髓运动神经元过程中两个重要阶段及相关基因的表达调控进行综述.运动神经元分化的基因调控研究将有利于阐明其发育和分化的模式,为其应用于脊髓损伤修复和运动神经元退行性疾病的替代治疗提供理论依据.
