弱光条件下增铵营养对小白菜产量和品质的影响

采用营养液培养、人工模拟弱光的方法,研究了营养液中提高铵态氮供应对小白菜产量和品质的影响。结果表明:(1)与自然光强相比,弱光条件下小白菜产量大幅度降低,全硝营养的小白菜叶片硝酸盐和叶绿素含量分别增加了106%和23.3%,而可溶性糖和可溶性蛋白含量分别降低了7.0%和34%;(2)弱光条件下,与全硝营养相比,营养液中含有15%的铵态氮处理的小白菜增产56.6%,叶片硝酸盐含量下降29%,可溶性蛋白含量增加24%。因此,弱光条件下适当增加铵态氮可以显著提高小白菜产量,改善品质。
